It’s basically threading the needle with tunnels. Get really good at continuous tunnels and then your left hand will be palm up and right hand will be palm down [if you are going to fully mimic this gif]. Left hand on top, right hand on bottom. I’d have to show you because I just realized those aren’t normal tunnels but very similar, slightly different motion.
